This 10 year old UAE girl was admitted to the hospital because of rheumatic fever
She had cafe au lait patches over right subscapular region.
Routine chest x-ray showed a lesion in the posterior
mediastinum obliterating the right cardio-phrenic angle.
Chest x-ray: P-A view and lateral view
It was smooth and rounded.
The lesion was suggestive of neurofibroma.
Patient refused surgery.
